When you submit the project intake form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, community and details about your project.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a preliminary budget or consultation, and manage your project if you choose to work with Flex Projects. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Third-party services
Form submissions are emailed to Flex Projects. The message is sent through Amazon SES and is not stored on the website. This website may use analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing justin@flexprojects.ca.
Flex Projects is based in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada and handles personal information in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
